We are seeking a reliable, hard-working, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Professional Window Cleaning Technician to join our established Duluth-based company.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working both outdoors and indoors year-round, and providing excellent service to customers. Our work includes residential and commercial properties throughout the Twin Ports and surrounding areas, with much of our schedule centered around routine commercial accounts.

Work hours generally start in the early morning and end times will vary based on the day’s schedule, so flexibility is important. A tentative schedule will be provided in advance.

Position Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of the following:

• The ability to work steadily for 8-10 hours/day, including tasks such as walking, standing, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and climbing.
• The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds.
• The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• The ability to work indoors, sometimes in tight surroundings.
• The ability to work at heights of up to 40’ by ladder, and/or more by aerial lift.
• A clean and valid driving record and reliable transportation to our shop and/or work-site.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be dependable, work independently and with integrity, and be on-time.

Compensation: Starting at $20/hour.
